Gather the values from the following actions on the Grinding Your Gears sheet to decode the message:

Step 1: Pizza toppings

Use the Cheese to help you orient the Pizza with the correct topping on top.
Then use the Circle degrees to determine which angle each topping on the Grinding Your Gears is located at.
Finally use the Circle degrees with the Red gear to find which letters match the degrees of each topping.

Find each state listed on the Grinding Your Gears sheet on the US map.
If the state is listed horizontally, find the latitude (or parallel) line that runs through the state; if it is vertical, find the longitude (or meridian) line.
Finally, use the Circle degrees with the Green gear to find which letter matches each longitude or latitude value.
