You arrive at the TREE STUMP TOWERS Complex around 1:00 am, this time without the comforting backup of the OHPD Homicide Division. The last thing you wanted to do was show up sirens blaring, creating an unnecessaryruckus and scaring the well-to-do businessmen and women that live there. After the night guard lifts the gate for your car to drive through, you pull up in front of the middle tower. This area would normally be where you'd leave your car for the valet, but given your mission and the late hour, the valet manager doesn’t mind you parking there temporarily. The grounds are immaculate and beautifully kept, but there is something dark and ominous about the place when it Is this silent.

As you walk behind the tower, the hair on the back of your neck stands up. It is so eerily calm and quiet that even the rustling of leaves in the fall air has you jumpy. You notice a streetlight flickering near the right-hand tower, along the road that leads towards the parking garage. You make your way over to the light with an uneasy feeling in your stomach. As you near your destination you see what appears to be a body lying in a grassy patch near the entrance to the parking garage. You immediately call the OHPD; it seems you won’t be able to avoid the blaring sirens after all. You learn the body belonged to Benjamin Birchwood, a life-long resident of Oaks Hollow and a well-liked man in the community. This scene has a similar appearance to the first. The victim is on his back, this time draped in a black cloak, with his arms positioned intentionally (see below). An envelope labeled Victim #2 Evidence is next to the body, and you may open it now.
